Fantastic property in a quiet location. A quick walk of a few minutes to the tram stop which takes you into the lively centre of Blackpool. The accommodation is freshly decorated to a high standard with very comfortable beds and was like a home from home. We will definitely return on our next visit to Blackpool

Incredible apartment !!! A real gem !
Wow !!!! What can I say other than it’s perfect 👌 We stayed in apartment 4 on the ground floor and it was incredibly clean and very large. Both The bedrooms were spacious with plenty of room.... The living room kitchen was large also with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, freezer and fridge !!.... The staff were around in the day time and I found them all polite and happy to assist where needed. The apartment is a very very short walk to the tram stop with very easy access to the town and beach. We won’t look anywhere else in Blackpool for value for money and space ! 5 stars 🌟 👌😊( happy family ) North shore is much quieter and nicer than the rest of the prom.... Thank you

Well equipped 2 bed apartment in a lovely quiet area a minute from the sea. Spotlessly clean and provided everything you could need for your stay. Would definitely recommend for a family stay.

We have stayed at this property before and were thrilled when we saw it was available again. The flat is immaculate inside and is located within walking distance of Blackpool centre, albeit about a 20 min walk. It is always very well presented and is very spacious. The instructions were very clear prior to entry and there were no issues whatsoever. Parking is available outside the property within assigned parking bays. We will definitely stay again.

Sorry but we do not take bookings at 3.45 in the morning. You booked through Expedia, who shouldn't have taking your booking at that time as we do not accept bookings after a certain time at night for the same night. I hope that Expedia sorted out your problem and that this doesn't happen again to you :-)

Very spacious, newly renovated apartment with great facilities - good beds, Netflix and Prime available on the TV, clean comfy beds, off-street parking at no extra charge, wi-fi with very good speed. There was no parking as stated. So I had to park far away with my 2 year old and do any trips back and forth to the car. And to make it worse we were on the 3rd floor. I notified the manager that evening and the next day but they wouldn’t compensate in anyway. Very bad customer service.

Pleasant stay
Apartment is perfect for a couple or family with a very young child but our son is 11 and bed was inappropriate mattress was only inch thick . Rest of apartment is very clean and suitable for short break

Everything was great here. The apartment is very spacious with lots of room in all the rooms, very nicely furnished with everything working. Fab location for central Blackpool access, good parking, very pleased and would recommend this for anyone looking for a great stay in Blackpool

We wanted a cool place to stay for our daughters 16th birthday surprise and she loved it. Spacious, separate rooms and a key pad to get in...couldn’t ask for more. Not too bad a location, if anything be prepared for a short hike to north/central pier. It was difficult to get a cab/tram due to the illuminations being on. Overall a great place to stay and about the only 4 star accommodation in Blackpool...fab!!

Smoke alarm was going off on arrival and maintenance arrived in a timely fashion to sort and was fantastic. Only had 3 mugs for a family of 4! Rubber seal on washing machine mouldy. Fabulous apartment - clean and generally well maintained

Was a nice apartment, had some issues partially down to my fault getting access to the property due to the Poulton apartments coming up first and then not recieving the pin as I thought it would be via email but instead it was text to my home phone which I put in the booking

the apartment look like it has recently been fully refurbished and you can tell because everything is new. when we got there the bed for little man was not put out but a nice woman came and sorted it. the room didn't get cleaned while we was out the next day. not sure when the apartment gets serviced but would have been nice to have got a clean towel. we stayed in apartment 6, i was pleasantly surprised how nice it was. but when you look deeper into thing I noticed for example all the glasses where really dirty in the kitchen and things but. all in all I would recommend this place to stay.

Great facility for a base. 500 metres from the front and tram stop. Easy to check in, out. Very clean and comfortable. Well stocked kitchen. Ideal for a longer stay and above the average for the town

Very clean and tidy apartment and plenty of room for a family of 3. All the mod cons you would expect from a modern apartment. Could do with having a mirror in the bedroom and a slightly bigger shower cubicle.

Good facilities close to the beach
We enjoyed the space in the apartment. Cooking facilities and washing machine were great for family travels. The tram stop was a 2 minute walk away and took us right to the piers and Blackpool Tower.

Stunning Apartment!!!
i booked the apartment for me and my husband our son and 2 grandaughters(age 10 and 13 the eldest being her birthday )we went to blackpool zoo for the day,then came back to the apartment which is absolutely fabulous,was able to cook a meal for us all as a family,all the rooms are spacious and modern with lovely decor,we only stayed 1 night but would of loved to stay much longer,we never got chance to meet the owners,but they should be very proud of their beautiful property,

Hidden jewel, you have to stay here!
Stayed at Breck for one night. The apartment was huge and really much nicer than you see on the images. Chloe was on hand if needed and sent me info again via text the day of arrival. 100% recommend this as a place to stay. I wont be staying anywhere else in Blackpook now.
