Great host, good communication. Clean, tidy, just what we needed for an overnight stay. Heater provided. Convenient location for attractions & shopping, close to central pier. Would stay again.

One night stay
Rooms are small but immaculate, communication with the host was excellent and we popped in on the off chance our room was ready before 3pm and it was. There's street parking if you are lucky but a few car parks nearby. Perfect spot away from all the noise on a nightime but not too far away to walk. Will definitely stay again

Like to have breakfast on a morning but they didnt cater for breakfast also paid 90.00 for my grand daughter whos 9 when i just paid 80.00 for myself wouldnt go there again service the man was polite

initially you agree to this price so why are you complaining about.you booked single room, and bought your kid with you. the only room which we had available at the time was triple. so we offered you for 80. we would not upgrade you for free do I and lost business. it was your fault not ours, you should have booked a bigger room before booking.

Amazing stay we will be back
Lovely rooms great welcome. We were a family of 4 they switched the rooms so we were all on the same floor. Friendly and talked to us about our plans for the week and our stay. Made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. Lovely family. Close to the tower and only 30 min walk to pleasure beach and Waterpark

Owner a top guy. Rooms leave a lot to be desired.
The owner was a lovely man, he was polite and friendly. The rooms were dated but at £40 a night they did the job. I went to watch the football with a mate so wasn’t fussed really, but wouldn’t take my partner there. Location is excellent, although a little sketchy when returning after a night out. Overall the stay was fine and probably as expected. But the rooms are in need of updating, sheets whilst relatively clean, looked maybe 20 years old. The owner was the best thing about this guest house.

Clean, comfortable, friendly
This is an average little Blackpool hotel. Nothing special. However, it was spotlessly clean, comfy bed with good pillows, and the couple who run it were very friendly. I live locally and had a friend visiting, we were having a night out, and due to building work being done on my house, it was easier to book a cheap room. The hotel offers no food or beverage but we didn't need it. Its very close to the centre, easy walking distance from bars and attractions. I will definitely recommend next time I have friends or family visiting Blackpool.

No parking at property, carpark £12 for twenty four hours.Room very small but only staying one night so manageable. Owner very helpful and friendly. Clean but basic which is reflected in price

Great stay, nothing to complain about.
Owner was very welcoming upon arrival, the room was a good size and very clean. Great location too just a few minutes walk to the town centre. Overall nothing to complain about whatsoever.

The hotel was clean and the owners were really helpful and nice. The bed wasn’t the comfiest, however for one or two nights it’s not bad, the location is brilliant and it’s cheap - just what you need for a little break away! Thank you to all at deneside guest house.

Lovely family run guest house
Very welcoming and a lovely family, would recommend for a night or two but room was very small and too hot that we couldn’t sleep but was provided with a fan, bed weren’t the comfiest as it was very hard to sleep on. Overall lovely stay but wouldn’t stay any longer than two nights due to bed, small room and shared bathroom.

Low budget guest house.
People were lovely, room were clean but accommodation very dated. Low budged guest house if you don’t intend to spend too much time in your room. Room was damp and come home feeling poorly. You could smell damp in both rooms that we had.

Pauline your mother and 3 childerns left happily from our guest house. instead they also left gifts for my daughter. initially you checked in in room but your did not liked so we changed you to front facing room. you were the main booker however you never stayed with us. you mother left happily upon departure. don't return back we appreciate honest people with honest feedback.
