Smashing B&B
The hotel was a great B&B. The landlady was marvellous. Rooms comfortable, warm and very clean. Breakfast was as you'd imagine. I would stay here again

TIME FOR TWO XX
very clean and convenient for sea front and central. Room was quite small but all was good for our two night stop over. Nice comfy bed and en suite shower .Well thought out colour scheme and nice thick clean comfy carpet. Breakfast was yummy. Hot.Fresh, Well cooked and nothing to much trouble for the hosts WOULD STRONGLY RECCOMEND .

Lovely stay
Lovely hotel, great stay and the breakfast was lovely. Room was warm and comfy. Fantastic hosts. Definitely would stay again. Parking just round the corner and very reasonably priced £10 for 24 hours. Thank you 😊

We loved everything about this property, it had a homely atmosphere, the new owners were extremely helpful and accommodating for our little lady, it's close to the seafront and local amenities. It was the perfect place to stay...Thank you Mark and Lisa for making my birthday trip so easy, and for looking after us, we will definitely stay with you again :-)

The owners of the hotel were really friendly, the hotel was very clean and the beds were really compfortable. Breakfast was excellent too.

Great family stay
Pete and Sue made us feel very welcome from the moment we arrived. The room was lovely - bright, clean and warm. We ordered breakfast for our second day and this was very tasty and filling. The only downside was not having an en-suite but this wasn't a problem at all as the bathroom was very close to hand. Very good value for what we paid overall. Also parking is just across the road and we were able to unload our bags directly outside before parking up in the car park. Would highly recommend without a doubt. We will definitely book again when we return to Blackpool.

Great stay.
We stayed at the franklyn Hotel for a night and had a thoroughly comfortable stay, the bedroom was clean and tidy, the beds were really comfy and the breakfast was very good. Would definitely stay there again and the owners were very helpful and friendly.

Welcoming and clean hotel
Book a two night stay. We chose this hotel as it was local to the winter gardens where my daughter was dancing. We had a warm welcome and help with our bags to the room. The room had ensuite and was spotless. It also had a complimentary tray, hairdryer and towels. We booked for breakfast both mornings and the service was fantastic. We would book again if we had to stay over in Blackpool.

Had a lovely 2 night stay at the franklyn hotel. Nice friendky welcome when we arrived and easy check in too. Room was very nice and clean. We had a double bed and bunk bed for our family of 4. The en suite was clean and there was plenty of towels provided. Breakfast was good value. Various cereals, breakfast biscuits, yogurts for the kids, full English, toast, tea, coffee and fruit juice. The hotel is in a good location. Close to everything but at the sane time it's away from all the hustle and bustle of the main promenade. Only a 5/10 minute walk from the tower. Would definitely recommend this hotel to family and friends.

Wonderful hotel.
We had a wonderful weekend at this hotel. It is in walking distance of the promenade, tower and sealife. The owners of the hotel were lovely and friendly, the breakfast was nice too. I would definitely recommend this hotel for couples and families.

Good place to stay!!
The staff was very friendly. Me and my mother was very happy with the service, especially as we was on a budget, we definetly got our money worth. Will defo recommend to family and friends and will visit again in the future. The room was very nice and clean, however toilet facilities was not too good as we had to share it. But we didn't mind but we would of have preferred an on suite toilet. But overall an amazing time :)

Good place on a budget and a good stay
The overall stay was great, the rooms were comfortable and the bed was comfy, the people who own it - a man and woman - couldn't honestly be any nicer. Yes the place was basic but very comfortable we had no problems when we were they, we stayed Friday to Monday. Nothing was ever a problem for the people who owned it. They lady who owned it told us we could leave our luggage at the hotel because check out was half 10am and our train wasn't until 1pm, she didn't need to offer but she did, I felt bad because we left the room in a mess so I thought that she might not be too happy with that but when we came back she had a smile on her face and gave us our stuff. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and it's cheap!

Only down fall for this hotel was finding a parking spot,we did manage to get on pay and display accross the road £8 for 48hours,owners of hotel only taken over 8wks ago,freindly welcome,and wth it just been the two of them,their doing a great job,we paid for breakfast on the day,lovely full cooked English Breakfast and Sausage Sandwiches for the kids,our room was at the top but it had everything we needed,only downfall was the memory foam mattress,personnal taste though,Great Stay 😁👍

There was no free wifi, no iron/ironing board, no close parking, shower was mouldy and awful and in same room as toilet, no hair dryer, tv remote didn't work and was taped up, lamp and kettle in room were faulty, beds weren't 100% clean as bedding had stains/marks on them!! The description of the hotel is not what it states and photos can be deceiving.

Very clean and tidy. Hotelier very friendly and helpful. Superb breakfast at a reasonable price but improvement could be made by having small jug of milk on table for coffee/tea. Maybe he could save himself wastage on breakfast by asking what bits of the full English people want rather than serving them up with everything. Would return there next year.

The best by far!
Stayed at the hotel while on business with my partner. We had a double room, en-suite and our stay was very pleasurable. The owner was extremely pleasant and went out her way to accommodate us. For me, the off-road parking was the "clincher". Would recommend and stay again!

This is the second time we have stopped here ,it's in a great location ,clean and tidy with nice friendly owners . Parking is available just across the road at reasonable rates .We have been happy both times and will stay again .
