**REFURBISHED FOR THE 2025 SEASON**

Located in the heart of Bournemouth Town Centre next to the bustling nightlife and a stones throw away from the tranquil beaches. Boasting free parking for one car and a private garden space this is the perfect retreat for anyone looking to be in the centre of Bournemouth. The apartment is on the lower floor for ultimate privacy and has 4 bedrooms. The apartment can comfortably accommodate 11 people.

There are four main bedrooms in total. The master is a king size bed, the other separate bedroom has a double bed with the third bedroom consisting of two doubles and single bed. There is a separate snug bedroom which has a double bed also. The main bathroom is of modern design with a bath, shower and toilet with a separate bathroom with toilet and sink.

The apartment has a spacious kitchen with all the essential amenities and dining table and a large living room with a wall mounted flat screen 60 inch TV.

The accommodation was perfect for our weekend. Clean with towels for all guests on arrival. Check in was easy to follow. Great location in central Bournemouth with everything we needed within a 10 minute walk.I would highly recommended this accommodation especially for larger groups.
