Away for work
Staying away for work, lovely single bed room on ground floor. Room is small but very well appointed. Good communication from owner. Wifi was great and location was near places to eat. Shower head needs cleaning as not a lot of water getting through. The lights in the ensuite bathroom flickered a bit.

Wonderful stay!
We had such a lovely time at 27 Brighton! The host was absolutely wonderful - so welcoming and friendly. The room we had was beautiful too! Location was great as it was a short walk to the seafront. We honestly wouldn't hesitate to go back!

Warm, friendly hosts who made me feel welcome and looked after. The room was lovely and very close to everything I wanted to see and do. My only regret was not being able to stay longer. The breakfast was excellent on all of the days I stayed. You must try the homemade granola! Thanks Antony and team, hope to see you agin in the not-too-distant future.

The hotel was so comfortable, clean and friendly- highly recommend it - close to some amazing restaurants, indian, italian, greek and a 5 min walk to the royal pavilion.

Lovely hotel in budget
I needed a last minute hotel in Brighton and was struggling to find anything in my work budget. I searched by best rated and found this well in budget with good reviews. I went for the small single, it was small but perfectly serviceable and the bed was comfy. Check in very easy and I had no issues, I was very late getting to the hotel so I was shown to my room and left to get some beauty sleep. I was leaving early the next day so didn't have a breakfast. My only issue was trying to find somewhere to park, it's free after 8pm but fills up very quickly. Lovely hotel, would have no issues going back.

Perfect location for exploring Brighton. The room was beautifully decorated and the decanter of sherry and Viennese whirls on the bedside table were a lovely touch. Always important, the bed was extremely comfortable. Nice firm mattress and comfy sheets. Wayne was very welcoming and the delicious breakfast in the morning topped off a wonderful stay. Will definitely return on our next trip to Brighton.

Lovely but small
The B&B is lovely but our room was very small and the bathroom was separate from the room down the stairs. This may not be an issue for others, but I prefer a toilet in my room.

Lovely B&B, walking distance to seafront & town centre. Very helpful, friendly owners who gave me the warmest of welcomes. Single room had everything I needed but is a little on the small side of you are a big person. Bed clean & comfortable, as was the room with some wonderful luxurious personal touches. Breakfast was not included in my room rate so can’t comment on that.

Best B&B's I have ever stayed in
The owners were on point, friendly and attentive without being intrusive. The place was immaculate with a fine attention to detail. Breakfast was amazing for both mornings. We went for our anniversary weekend and it was so good that we are cancelling the hotel we were going to stay in for my birthday and re-booking here. Thanks for a great experience.

Quite small room but that was compensated in spades by the charming decoration, cleanliness and top class hospitality by Wayne and Diego. Breakfeast was also fantastic. Will definitely come back here.

Boutique B&B near to all attractions
Excellent location for getting to all the attractions of Brighton. Unfortunately parking is a problem, but Wayne gave good advice in parking in Queens Park area, 5 to 10 minute walk from B&B. £5.20 for 24 hours. Should have done my homework, read the details with greater scrutiny. Our bedroom only had ensuite shower and sink. Bathroom (although personal to room) was two floors down, we were on top floor. My own fault, but for the price we paid...Anyway, room was comfortable and clean, breakfast was the best. Wayne and Diego looked after us well. As I said, great location, but need to be more careful when looking at facilities available.

27 Brighton!! Brilliant stay xx
Diego, welcomed us and directed us to the best parking! Managed a space outside £10 for 24hrs. (Parking is a mare, but that’s not the hotels fault! It’s Brighton and is busy especially on a Saturday when we arrived). Diego showed us to our room (prince regent). Stunning, with a welcome prosecco drink each, chocolates and a decanter of Sherry! Coffee maker with more cakes and biscuits. Diego explained the breakfast menu for the morning! The room was spotlessly clean. The on-suite shower room was spacious and with little bottles of shampoo, shower gel, soap extra. Lots of little added extras!! The bed was very comfortable too. There will be creaks from the floor boards and noise from other rooms! It’s a 200yr old building, your going to get this!! Luckily your provided ear plugs!! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here! Breakfast was outstanding- do not miss this! We were full up until late afternoon x well done Diego and Wayne you have a fab place to stay!! Next time we book,it will be for longer! Thankyou oh just to say there was some noise from late night revellers! Annoying yes! But NOT the owners issue!!

Wayne was very welcoming on our arrival and we were able to check in before 3pm. Wayne gave advice re parking and we were able to pay him directly for a permit and parked In next road after dropping off bags. Room was compact but had everything you need for a more than comfortable stay. Thoughtful extra touches such as cakes in room , bottles of water, Sherry decanter , chocs on pillow, ear plugs, robes and music playing on arrival made this b&b stand out from any others I have stayed in and were much appreciated. Our toilet facilities were on landing below which was advised on website , although this was not a problem and facilities were not shared I would opt for an en-suite room if I returned but this is just a personal preference. Bed and bedding were very comfy , room was spotlessly clean (as was the rest of the property) and it was peaceful. Breakfast was amazing and provided in lovely breakfast room. Choice was vast and food was great quality . This is a really lovely b&b and I would have no hesitation in returning if I retur to Brighton .

Lovely B&B, well presented rooms with superb attention to detail. A welcome Sherry and cake provided for anyone interested. Breakfast is a very high standard, with the Mushrooms being very highly recommended!

We had a very warm welcome and received a complimentary prosseco. Our room was well appointed despite the toilet being on the floor below. Every need is catered for. Breakfast was superb. I would highly recommend a stay here.

lovely stay in the heart of b-town
staff was very welcoming and available to answer any questions, the room's condition and decoration was superb. we stayed in the 'fitzherbert' room, which was quiet and had a nice lighting. the only problem was the size of the room, as one of us is a rugby player, but apart from that everything was amazing and we would definitely recommend. breakfast is also nicely made and can be chosen from a variety of options.

Luxurious accommodation, great location.
Diego and Wayne were great hosts, helpful and always willing to go the extra mile to make our 3 night stay very enjoyable. Very comfortable beds, good facilities and a lovely breakfast. I'm not sure what more you could ask for. A real home from home.

Anniversary weekend away
Great location. Parked car on Friday afternoon and didn't need to use it for the rest of the weekend. Breakfast was excellent. We were celebrating our wedding anniversary and were given chocolates and prosecco on arrival. Proprietors were really friendly and nothing was too much trouble. Would definately stay here again and recommend it for a weekend stay in Brighton.

The interior decorating seemed odd and did not go together very well. I was hoping it would be a cuter b & b but I was a bit disappointed. The staff was kind though.
