The space is a harmonious blend of old-world charm and contemporary design, offering a stylish, cosy and inviting atmosphere
As you open the front door at ground level and step into the hallway you'll be greeted by the character of charming original features.
GROUND LEVEL
Living Room: The lounge area is a cosy haven for relaxation or family entertainment. There is a large corner sofa that seats 4-6, and a chair.
TV & Media: The TV has Netflix function & PS3/DVD player
Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped with a kettle, toaster, microwave, oven, hob, fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, glasses and crockery for 4-6 guests. Everything you need to prepare a meal or snacks
Dining Area: The kitchen table comfortably seats 4-6
PLEASE NOTE:
We provide complimentary tea and coffee, as well as shampoo, shower gel and soap. Other items provided during your stay are a washing-up pack, toilet roll and kitchen roll. These should last a couple of days. If more is needed, there is a Food & Wine Convenience Store a few minutes walk away
There is a Coffee Machine ( tea and coffee sachets are provided. However, please provide your own pods for the coffee machine)
FIRST FLOOR:
A spacious and serene retreat featuring a comfortable King Sized bed, wardrobe and storage space. Two bedside tables, bedside lamps, a full length mirror and an occasion chair
Bedroom 2: There is a Queen Bed, bedside tables, hanging space, ample storage and an occasion chair
Bathroom: The bathroom has a walk-in shower, toilet & basin
SECOND FLOOR:
Designated workspace: A large spacious working from home space with a sizable desk with monitor and a comfortable chair.
Also a great space to have a coffee whilst taking in the breathtaking views or whilst doing yoga as the sun streams through the Velux window.
Stairs: The lounge and kitchen are on the ground floor. There are stairs leading up to the first floor where the bedrooms and the bathroom are located. The third set of stairs takes you up to the multi-use office space at the top of the house.
You will have access to the entire property through the main front door. This is the only access due to the house being terraced.
Please respect all house rules.
This is monitored regularly by a local team.
Evidence of violation of these house rules will result in the appropriate action being taken and charges may be incurred as a result.
This also refers to the number of guests using the property ( No more than 5 guests should be using the house).
Check-in time is after 3pm and check-out time is before 11am.
Whilst we try to accommodate early check ins and late check outs, we can only do so on the day before arrival and the day of check out due to other bookings.
A £30 charge will be requested if guests check themselves in early without permission or if guests do not check out on time as this will cause disruption to my cleaner’s schedule. Please reach out and we will let you know if it is available on request. A fee may be incurred.
Please note: you will be charged £100 for lost keys, so please be careful with them
Please respect the neighbours:
This is a quiet residential neighbourhood, excessive noise / nuisance will not be tolerated with no loud music to be played. The house is a terraced house and noise travels.
Therefore, please respect the neighbours at all times and keep the noise down. It is therefore, also requested that you do not congregate in the street outside the property or talk loudly for any length of time in the street outside, and please be mindful of making noise if smoking outside the property during your stay.
Respect the property:
Indoor shoes/slippers only please
Please use the table mats and coasters to protect the furniture
When leaving the property please make sure you lock all the doors and windows
When leaving the property please turn the thermostat down to 10 degrees

No more than 1 pet and please no pets on the furniture or beds

The online verification process requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once verification is successfully completed, the check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
