"Staff was kind and very helpful. Location was great - within walking distance to Big Ben, Parliament, Buckingham Palace. The hotel was quiet and the room got nice and dark, perfect for sleeping. My only complaints are they didn’t have wash cloths or conditioner and you had to press the ‘on’ button while blow drying your hair or it wouldn’t stay on. Pretty small complaints all in all. "

"Pleasant hotel on the perfect location. Walkable to 5 metro stations that can take you to any site you wish to see in London. Covent Garden where it is near is a happy place for dining and entertainment. Helpful staff. Get a room with a window. Will be on my list when I make it back to London. "

"Loved this hotel - soon to become a favourite in London. It’s close to Paddington so easy to get the Heathrow express. Lovely spacious room with a kitchen. Lots of activities (like movie nights and yoga) if you feel like meeting up with people and being social. Friendly backpacker type vibe but more luxury and elegance. There’s even a laundry with free washing machines and dryers - even the detergent was free. Only downside was that the pool and spa were closed for maintenance and that was something I really wanted to use after long haul flights."
