"Nice hotel right outside Oxford Road station. Staff were great, with a friendly welcome and a free glass of wine or a beer, just what was needed after a long trip to get there! Rooms were clean and spacious with tea, coffee, fresh milk and even a little chocolate bar in the room. The whole experience felt much more personal than the usual big brand hotel chains 👍"

"Lovely hotel in a great area. 15 mins walk from the station. Lovely spacious room, exceptionally clean and could hear no noise from other guests. My only complaint is the trains running by constantly as railway bridge was right next to hotel. But usually so tired from our activities they didn’t bother us that much. Not a fan of the cooked breakfast, lukewarm most days and not topped up enough. Cold options were fine. Restaurant staff very pleasant and helpful, however reception staff did not even welcome us on arrival as you use the self check in machine, not even bothering to explain about breakfast times or even just a good afternoon welcome! If you’re not bothered by that then a really nice modern clean hotel."

"Not that clean. The shower was clogged & leaked onto the bathroom floor. Cherry on top was me trying to blow dry my hair & set off the fire alarm - had to blow dry my hair in the lobby for the remainder of the trip. I will give two stars bc the staff were very nice people but the hotel itself was poor & I would not stay there if you have standards."

"On first arrival the staff where very helpful, offering not just key hotel information but also information about Manchester Town Centre too. The room(booked a one bed apartment) was clean tidy and very practical. Very functional kitchenette merged with a livingroom space, a very comfy double bed and clean tidy bathroom. It sits in a great postion for public transport. Second from the main train station/metolink, free city centre bus right outside and taxi lined up at the bottom of the street. Very handy postion for access into Manchester City centre itself. As I'm a smoker I had to go down and outside which is expected in such a place but late at night in the car park area they have shared bin storage behind mesh cages with what I imagine to be several other business close by is heavily populated by rats. Being so close to a hotel and food establishments I think it's something that needs a little closer attention to be dealt with. But this wouldn't deter me from staying here again."
