We had a wonderful stay at the Victoria Hotel and I’d like management to know how good their staff are.
Máire gave us an exceptionally warm welcome, the best of Irish hospitality. The young team in the bar and restaurant were friendly, efficient and professional throughout. The room was spotless and very comfortable, and breakfast was delicious.

Stay in the hotel was fantastic. The spa facilities were a real plus and the service was brilliant. The only down side was we chose to have our evening meal in the Lounge. The meal itself was fantastic and second to none but we were staying at the hotel at the same time as some Christmas parties and found that the lounge was just a pre drinking spot for all the party guests. A bit loud for an evening meal but didn't affect our stay too greatly. Still a fantastic hotel in a fantastic location.

Room 171. Loved it. I’m not a person that relaxes easily, I always need to experience new places, sights, foods etc. I’m always on the go. Well, I never felt so relaxed in my life. I’m not even someone who says ‘good morning’ to strangers but there is such lovely atmosphere there I found I took the initiative with all I met, guests and staff, I was a different person there, weird!!! I was so at home my husband had to promise we would return to the spa later in the day if we left to go down...

Beautiful hotel, top quality room. The food in the cafe du parc was fantastic. Breakfast catered for everyone, gluten free section which was a great idea.
The pool and leisure facilities were great.
The car park was full and that is the only negative.

Lovely view across car park to boats from our room on first floor, narrower window from second room of family on next floor.
Parking on road outside or car park opposite free from 6 pm to 8 am.
Rickety small hanging space (not wardrobe) in our room.
Bed ok, pillows a bit too hard and flat for my liking.
Forgot to tell them bathroom door didn’t fully close in our room.
Would be happy to stay here again.

We loved our stay at the hotel. It was very warm and welcoming. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel has an olde worlde feel to it.
We could not fault this hotel at all. Would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting killarney and we would stay here again in the future.

Park Place is just amazing. The apartments are spacious, spotless, comfortable and warm with all the mod cons for self catering. This place is right in the middle of everything with shops, supermarkets and restaurants all around but yet with plentiful, easy parking. We are very experienced travellers with lots of hotels and apartments under our belt but this place really impressed us! We will definitely return. We would also like to thank the staff for our fabulous upgrade as this really made...

Very friendly and helpful staff…we were going to be late arrivals 8.45 and rang hotel to let them know and were told food finishes at 8.15 and offered to keep us a chicken curry or sandwiches. Really nice breakfast. Stayed in the Castle many times over the years and it never disappoints

I was absolutely delighted to find that the Hotel has been totally renovated to such a high standard. It has the wow factor from the minute you walk in the door. Truly elegant, relaxing surroundings. Well stocked bars, friendly
local staff and exceptional food. The best in Kerry without any doubt.

Gorgeous, spacious 2 bed apartment, 2 bathrooms, big balcony, all the amenities (except a cork screw but that’s ok). Very comfortable beds. Excellent communication from the staff and very reasonably priced. Great location too
