"Check in was exceptional with the host helping all our needs and even guiding me to the free car park which I’ve never seen in a city. The breakfast hosts was amazing chatted to my 4 year old and helped make a tray for my 12 year old daughter who wouldn’t get out of bed. The room was clean and comfy. Extra towels was provided and free fruit on offer. "

"We as a family of 4 had a pleasant stay at Future Inns Cardiff Bay. We booked 2 rooms and they were both together. The hotel location was good, about 10 minutes drive from the city centre of Cardiff. The rooms were clean and good size for 2 adults. The staff were friendly, both in reception and the restaurant.
