"Great location, helpful recommendations for restaurants in local area. Lounge area with complimentary water, fruit, tea and coffee was a good feature."

"One night was not good, other guests were loud and disruptive and knocked on the door at 3:20am. Obviously not the hotels fault but made for a poor night's sleep! The second night was great, no disruption and very comfortable. The shower needed a little bit of temperature adjustment whilst using but nothing too bad. There was a sweater in the wardrobe so not sure how thorough rooms are checked but everything was good. Happy to see paper cups for the coffee and tea as a hotel I used to work at...

"Hallway and room smelled like mold and were rather humid. Building is not in the condition the photos lead to believe .... clerk was a nightmare to deal with.. very rude and made us feel intimidated. "

"This hotel had the best service I have ever experienced! The clerks would recognize us and ask how we were enjoying our stay. They even remembered specific things about us to personalize our visit. It is an old monastery so you were staying in history. Would highly recommend this place!!"

"This hotel was great! Super friendly staff and the living room was a great place to simply rest and enjoy free coffee. The walls of the rooms are a bit thin, but about the same as many other hotels I’ve stayed at in Europe. Overall I would definitely recommend this hotel!"
