The place was quiet, clean, and very spacious. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything was great EXCEPT the WiFi is very slow you now have to pay for high speed internet.

Stayed here with wife and kids - 10 & 13 - for our trip to universal. Great location, shuttle bus service to theme park was convenient room was clean and staff super friendly. Would def stay here again

Great place to stay if flying out early in the morning. Everyone was nice and hotel had a great pool deck area to watch the planes land and take off.

We’ve been coming to this hotel for years. It always great. Never had an issue and I will continue to come. I will say though if you sign up for their timeshare presentation, it’s a lie that’s it’s only 90 minutes and they will continue to try and push you into purchasing one even when you’ve made it clear you don’t want to. I lost about 5 hours of my day, left with a headache and was so annoyed and upset that day because of it.

The hotel was clean and the extras were unbelievable! Every member of staff that we encountered was friendly and helpful. We will definitely be back
