"The hotel is beautiful. The location is amazing!! Food & drinks were great. The staff definitely needs more training. There is a tremendous lack of communication. They continuously forgot to reserve our beach beds, yet would quickly resolve issues for those from outside of the hotel that are willing to pay for each bed.
