"ormal Complaint – Safety Hazards, Misrepresented Amenities, and Multiple Maintenance Failures During Stay I am submitting a formal complaint regarding our stay at your resort, which has been significantly impacted by safety hazards, undisclosed construction, non-functional amenities, and multiple maintenance failures within our unit. We chose this resort expecting a relaxing family stay, however our experience has been extremely disappointing and, in some instances, concerning from a safety standpoint. The following issues occurred during our stay: • On our first day at the resort, a large piece of metal soffit material blew off the roof during construction and nearly struck us. This was extremely alarming and represents a serious safety concern. • Our initial room was surrounded by active construction and renovation work that was not clearly disclosed at the time of booking. The area had construction materials, dust, and significant visual disruption. • We requested to move rooms due to the construction environment and were relocated. Unfortunately, the replacement unit also had multiple maintenance issues. • The upstairs bathtub does not properly fill. • The downstairs toilet is leaking. • The coffee machine in the unit is broken. • Lighting in our son’s room was not functioning, requiring us to unscrew bulbs to troubleshoot the issue. • Several electrical outlets in the unit do not work. • We requested additional blankets and were told they would be p"

"Really enjoyed our stay here! Great location, close to everything. Very nice pools and golf course. Every sraff member was friendly and welcoming!! This will be the place we stay at when were in town!!! Thank you for a great stay!!"

"Was a little nervous about this property, but once I got in I was super surprised. I wasn't in the room much, so this was a great spot to be far enough away from the disney bubble that I felt good, but close enough that I could hop, skip, and jump over. Great staff as well. Very clean and felt safe!"

"The pool is wonderful as is the hot tub. The activates center attendant was very nice and offered my kids big coloring pages with crayons to take back to the room. The golf area was covered, and I mean covered with leaves. Speaking of leaves the non-English speaking yard people start those very loud leaf blowers very early in the morning, also the very loud mowers. The non-English speaking workers also start speaking very loudly right outside of your unit very early in the AM, and a couple of them perched upon my bedroom windowsill. I had to bang upon the window to get them to leave! Otherwise, all in all it is a nice place."

"The hotel is spacious great for family vacations and the price is excellent. I didn’t like the towels are. It changed daily but you have the option to do laundry for clean towels. I don’t like to do laundry on my vacation. "
