"Our stay was wonderfully magical. The room was over the top with luxury and size."

"Hotel is okay. Check in rep was not pleasant and put me in a room with no view even though a booked a room with a view. The walk back to the check in desk was too far to go back and complain. Also they do not clean your room unless you requested which I thought was strange "

"It took two hours past the check-in time to get into my room. The staff was rude when questioned about it. This is my second time staying at the cosmopolitan and I’ve never experienced anything like this the rooms also we’re not clean. I had to call them to my room to remove an old pair of underwear out of my room. There were also bugs in the room, moths flying in from the Terrence that were left in there from the Cleaning staff trash on the floor. It was truly a terrible experience for the money that we pay."

"The air in the room wasn’t working. The maintenance came and said the wall panel wasn’t working and replaced it. But the room would only get cool for a few and back hot again. Two night I woke up in sweat. Also the light over the bed when trying it on all it did was flick constantly. The lamp by the alarm clock didn’t work as well. Highly disappointed in this stay."

"What is the point of selecting room ahead of time for you to arrive and tell you room is based on availability wow! I was blown away! You get charged to upgrade room boom! Then come to find out tv didn’t have live channels until the 3rd day. The casino was the best part of the hotel stay."
