"The room was excellent, compact but well designed and spotless. Twice daily cleaning/turn down service andreplenishment of bottled water , coffee etc was a real bonus. The hotel is superbly situated in Edinburgh and has really excellent facilities in terms of bars, restaurants and the library. Staff were top quality and so helpful."

"Had a fantastic time staying at Market Street Hotel. Located right outside Waverley Station with the Old Town just behind and New Town in front. We had complimentary upgrade on our room too. Room service was excellent and breakfast lovely with choice of cooked and continental style and a glass of champagne offered as part of it. A free minibar which was restocked daily. Staff were all efficient and friendly. A wonderful hotel stay and would definitely choose to stay here again. "
