"An average hotel. Some show of age of the property, but generally clean and friendly staff. Lots of kids and nice pool area. Also the pool side pizza bar was excellent. "

"Property itself is run down and worn. Entertainment in the evenings was lacking considerably. Lots of pools though and staff did a good job trying to keep up with sargassum on the beach. "

"Needs updating on the exterior. The rooms are well maintained. Not enough chairs was the biggest down fall. People put towels on early morning and never used which was frustrating. Should remove after a hour if no one in them. Restaurants were great but 3 restaurants two walk up places to get something was plenty for us but were there 3 nights 4 days. Very kind helpful staff."

"Check in more than an hour wait had call Expedia because they want me to pay an extra 1200 dollars, Food was ok, the hotel looks nice, pools were very nice, room old small and some items were not working in room but ok, cleaning crew great the all inclusive drinking very poor selection."

"Lots of various pools to enjoy. The waterslides are great for both kids and adults. The food at the buffet and poolside lunch area are really good and the à la carts are even better, especially the French and Italian restaurant. It’s one of the few resorts with rooms that can sleep a family of five or more in one room. The rooms were always cleaned and restocked with beer pop and water. There’s many convenient bar locations and the ocean is beautiful. This is a great family resort. The nightlife is not great, however. It’s a lot of families which is perfect for us"
