"Generally very good. The air conditioning struggled to keep the room cool on warm days. (room 524). Need to replace/add flexible water seal under tub/shower glass door. Leaked too much water onto the floor during every shower. Staff was good !"

"A very convenient place to stay close to restaurants and a short walk to the Tube. The breakfast was excellent and the staff extremely pleasant. The hotel felt welcoming, with its wood-paneled walls. We'd definitely stay here again."
