We enjoyed our stay in a comfortable room, the location was excellent and close to Hoan Kiem Lake. All the staff provided excellent service in particular, we wanted to thank Tiffany in the reception for very friendly and attentive service. As much as we enjoyed our time with Tiffany, we wanted to also reinforce how good the service was all-round. Although we enjoyed a walk to the lake, we also enjoyed the restaurants near to the hotel

We had a wonderful one night stay at this hotel. Our room was clean, comfortable, and very well maintained. The reception team were very welcoming, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The hotel is ideally located in the old quarter. We enjoyed our experience so much that we decided to book another stay for when we return to Hanoi at the end of our trip.

If you want a 5 star hotel experience stay here. From the moment we arrived our every need was looked after. Paula wasn’t feeling too well one morning and Benny in the dining room went out of his way getting herbal drinks for her and even sending some to our room that night. Thomas and Jeremy and the staff at the front desk made sure we knew where we were going and on our return would have drinks ready for us , much appreciated in the heat. A big thank you to all the staff.

It's really convenient, can walk to most of the local attractions, markets, Pub Street etc.

This is a lovely hotel,in the old town of Hanoi.From the time we arrived,the staff were lovely,making us tea and giving us all the information we needed.our room was very comfortable and clean,beds are extra comfy,free water each day.Breakfast is wonderful,with real fresh juice each morning,a great buffet selection of fresh fruits,breads,meats,cheese,curries,spring rolls,and a chef to cook your eggs anyway you like them.as for the spa,I had a manicure and a 1.25 hr hot stone massage at 718,000...

Staff were extremely attentive, the hotel is a 5* gem perfectly located in old town. They have a total “yes we can” approach to looking after their guests.
