Great place, strange booking system
Great location, clean, no noise except for people on the corridor. Steps to train station and all amenities in the city center, shops and stores. One strange thing concerns calling the property to confirm the booking, email your ID and pay a deposit on the phone. When booking via a platform, I don't understand why I should call a phone number and submit my card details to a third party. This is very strange and should not be required.

Apartment was modern but blinds were broken plus door didn’t shut into bathroom , noise from bars outside was on till 2am then noise from clubbers passing by went on till 6am then it was the turn of the dust bins etc so no sleep at all , prob great if there for nightlife but we were back in room at 11pm

Nice big place. We feel like it would probably have been really nice when it was first done up but it's showing the years now. The bed isn't very comfortable and the pillows are like rocks. It was extremely hot in the flat at night even with the windows open, and the noise of the main street made it impossible to sleep. There was an extremely gross and dusty small fan but that was it. If you come in the winter it might be better but for us it was quite a rough stay. Not the worst place but not amazing either which is why it's 3/5

We booked this for a lady that works for us. Tey called at 2 pm saying we needed to pay £80 deposit before they would give her the code to get in. At 3 pm she got sent the code which didn't work. She called then, no answer so left a message. I also called three times and left messages. No one replied and we had to book another hotel. 3 people in total were waiting and everyone just had to leave. We still haven't had a reply!

Great location and accommodation. Only niggle was rhat there wasnt any concessionary parking.stayed for 3 days and parked at Parkbee(the nearest car park). Cost £45

The apartment wss overall good but When arrived I was charged twice and the gentleman said the card was declined but I showed him my transaction but I had to pay again. Now today when I got back from my trip the staff still havent put my over payment back in and ive rang them twice most disappointed and not good when they owe me £200 POUND over payment I will not use again

It’s a really nice set up but the location is super central for nightlife which may not suit everyone Beyond that as a serviced apartment it was as good as any I’ve stayed in

The property is in a very good central location. I expected a level of noise because it is central, but honestly I really didn't expect noice on the street outside until 5am on a Wednesday! I know it's not the property managers fault, but it did mean that I went to run an all day meeting on very little sleep the next day. Otherwise, the apartment was comfortable, clean (although previous occupant must have smoked as it smelt of smoke), good shower and lots of space. Access was very easy and straightforward and keyless, which was great! If I was staying longer I might have wanted a few more kitchen utensils as it would be difficult to cook with what's provided. But fine for heating up a ready meal and having a cuppa!

Great find
Ideal spot, just off Bold street, right in heart of loads of bars and restaurants. Of a weekend will be noisy past 2am, but they provide ear plugs if you need them! Everything you need for a comfortable stay

Fantastic Apartment
We loved our apartment.It was spotlessly clean and modern. Read other reviews about noise from outside, yes it could get noisy at night but it is in a busy part of the city centre with lots of restaurants and pubs around so is understandable and for us being in the heart of the city outweighed and disturbance from outside noise.Earplugs was supplied however we didn’t feel the need to use them. The management was very accommodating when we requested a room with a sofa as we was staying for 3 nights so wanted to relax when in the room so was very thankful they could do this for us. The bed was really comfortable and the shower was nice and warm and powerful. The only thing that would improve this accommodation would be a mirror at the dressing table to use when drying hair or doing make up as the only mirror is in the bathroom. We will definitely be choosing to stay here again :)

The set up was really nice and cosy. I would say they should put in more effort in replacing some of the items of the beddings. Apart from that I was extremely pleased with the property.

Disappointing
Location is very noisey until the not so early hours. Lots of nightclubs close by. Fire alarm fault at 3am no response by anyone until property owner contacted. Shower leaking. The office hours in place of a reception are 10am - 6pm but no one available during these times either. Automated traffic bollards from 3am onwards give out a loud audio message. So if you like to....sleep at all...I'd give it a miss.

Central, but noisy
Very close to lots of bars, which in one way is good. But on a warm night where you have to leave the windows open it's very noisy. Check in is in a different place which you only find out from an email on the day and you have to pay an £80 deposit which again I wasn't aware of until the day before.

The apartment itself I couldn’t fault, it was lovely and clean and the bathroom and kitchen were perfect. The only issue we had, to no fault of the host, was the noise. It’s a great location in the middle of the action of the city. But it’s almost impossible to sleep through the noise. Also, there are only blinds, no curtains, which let in a lot of light at night. My partner and I only managed about 3 hours of sleep at max. If you’re a light sleeper I wouldn’t recommend this place, which is a shame because it’s a lovely place and the staff member that checked us in was lovely.

After your check-out we found the floor burnt by the iron and apart from the repairs that we need to apply. Thankfully you didn't start a fire on the building or risk the safety of other guests. Great Location
The apartment was spotlessly clean, very roomy and in a great location. The only downside was noise coming from the pub below who piped the music into the street. This wouldn't be a problem with the window closed as they're double glazed but it was very hot that evening so needed to have them open. Also be mindful that check in is about an 8 minute walk away but apparently you can do all the necessary paperwork via email in advance to avoid this. The person who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful.

The apartment was very nice, everything you needed there and in a very good location in Liverpool Town centre. We booked a double room but it was 2 singles put together which wasn't very comfortable. The noise from the nightclub over the road kept me awake until 6am. It could have done with some curtains in the apartment too. Overall though a very good experience and I would consider going back again.
