Great location but not a great stay (January 2023 when it was called Dorsett City London). There was an ongoing issue with the heating which meant our room was cold and there was no hot water for a shower. Contacted Expedia and could only be given a part refund due to the hotel management not responding. Our room was also above the entrance to a 24 hour bar which was noisy throughout the night!

It was a nice hotel but I could barelt sleep, I was in a room close to the elevator and I heard people all night. I heard the guest next to me as well. Walls were very thin
