Electronic pot이 없음. 방에 mug cup도 없음. 각 층에 종이컵에 담긴 음료를 무료제공하나, 불편함. 창문유리가 얇아서 밖의 소음이 그대로 다 들림. 지하철을 이용하기에는 아주 좋은 위치임. 특히 공항에서 한번에 갈 수 있음.

The lack of an electronic pot and a mug cup in the room can indeed be inconvenient, especially when paper cups aren't quite the same. And thin window glass can definitely amplify outside noise, disrupting your peace. I had a terrible experience at New Road Hotel in London. Despite paying $1280 for VIP access through Expedia, the room was cramped, lacking a closet. Expedia offered no help, and the hotel manager demanded an extra $70 per night for a larger room. Even then, basic amenities were missing. Cleanliness was also an issue, with unchanged bed covers until I insisted. The breakfast was a letdown too, with a limited menu despite advertising a buffet. Additional items came at extra cost, leaving a sour taste. Overall, New Road Hotel fell short of expectations in both accommodation and service. I did not receive enough support from Expedia. Avoid it if you seek a comfortable stay in London. I do have Video and Pictures as evidence!!!!

We made it very clear to you that we can not just offer a free upgrade but instead offered you a very special price for one of our premium Lot rooms at only 60 extra per night. You appreciated our offer and thanked all the staff for looking after you. Our breakfast offers a huge variety of dishes and we offered you a reduced price of only 14.50 instead of paying the full walk in price of 16.95. For this price you have a continental breakfast buffet and can pick any of our amazing, freshly cooked dishes form our kitchen. Our team kept checking in on you to ensure you are having an enjoyable stay and enjoying your upgraded Loft room with your private terrace on the top floor. Please rest assured that we always strive for excellent customer service. Our team is always on hand should there be any issues flagged up during the stay. We are sorry that you felt the need for leaving this review. We hope we can welcome you back in the future again.Best regards

The loft room with jacuzzi bath was a good size & flooded with light. We also had the benefit of an outside terrace. The room got a bit cold in the night, but heaters were already supplied in there. There was a fair bit of noise surrounding the hotel, so light sleepers might struggle. We would've preferred tea / coffee options in the room as the self service machines in communal areas weren't great & didn't taste very nice. Breakfast was nice & they kindly extended our checkout by one hour for free. The hotel is not in the best area but was a decent choice & we paid a fair price for our stay. I would recommend if wanting to visit East London.

Great stay!
Really lovely stay! The staff were super helpful, really love vibe throughout the hotel. We loved how they utilised the space in the rooms, black out blinds were superb we were facing into the street but weren’t kept awake by the night life. We’ll be returning when we visit London next, thank you!

We found free parking on Saturday and Sunday in the surrounding streets. At check in our room got upgraded to a loft room with an outdide jacuzzi for free. We also got some vauchers to dine at the hotel's restaurant by acclaimed Marco Pierre White. Hotel's design is lovely indusrial but chic. In the room there are some suprises. Walkin shower but sink's tap is falling apart. Jacuzzi was relaxing and refreshing. We had some view for the Shard and other tall buildings from the balcony. All in all it was a great experience but I would choose a different restaurant for the price we paid. Upgrading the room made the difference. Shoreditch and Brick lane area short walk away but by hotel big University and hospital is derelict boarded up condition.

The hotel was clean and a lovely warm room. It appears to be an old warehouse built into rooms. Very comfortable cosy and warm. Even though it is a Marco Pierre- White restaurant. The breakfast choice was very limited, and expensive for what we had.

The hotel staff was very friendly and allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in. Great balcony and comfortable bed. We enjoyed having access to game room, library, and snack room. Also, an easy walk from the Whitechapel station.

I stayed at this property for 3 nights and it certainly wasn’t the cheapest option available. The location was good for what I needed however we had a room that faces onto the road which meant that at times it was very noisy. Upon arrival we noticed that the Ac/heating unit wasn’t working and that it was flashing which at the time wasn’t a big issue. When we closed the blind (which I thought was a very good addition) the flashing light was very bright and lit up the room. We made the hotel aware via their WhatsApp service the following morning and someone came out to look at it whilst we were out for the day. Upon our return the flashing light was covered up by a piece of masking tape however this did not solve the issue and the flashing light was still very obvious within the room when it was dark. I was disappointed to learn that for around £150 a night we didn’t have tea & coffee making facilities within our room (despite there being room) The hotels solution was to have a room which had a tea and coffee machine within. In the room there were various chairs & AC units which looked like they had been dumped there. My main disappointment was the bathroom, which initially looked very nice however the reality was different. The bathroom is designed to be a wet room style however in my opinion the floor had not been designed properly meaning that if you had a shower the water would go across the entire bathroom floor making it virtually impossible to use the loo afterwards.

Handy location for tube/Elizabeth line, although Whitechapel is an acquired taste. The hotel was stylish and well designed. Bed was very comfy. Tea and coffee facilities were disappointing - cups ready-loaded with instant powdered coffee and a hot water tap (they could learn from the Great North Eastern and have proper pantries with Nespresso machines if they don't want individual machines in rooms). The shower was not enclosed within the bathroom, which made for a wet floor. For the price I paid (£400 a night during train strikes) it was comfortable enough but not very good value.

Something about this hotel isn’t working for me. There’s a lack of furniture in the room and the basin was tiny. The shower was designed so that there was nowhere to put a bar of soap or shower gel. Products in the bathroom were in bottles with faulty pump dispensers. The bath leaked. Rubbishy powdered drinks available in hallway and no kettle in room. No mini bar or drinks fridge. Room was tiny and bad value for money. Staff all seem to be young and a bit inexperienced. No wardrobe. Nowhere to put case to unpack. No bedside tables. This is all rather strange to me given I paid a pretty high price for the room.

Amazing hotel, all the staff are so friendly and helpful. They go out of the way to make sure their guests are well taken care of. Myself and partner have fell in love with the place and have become regular visitors. Rooms are immaculate our favourite room is the jacuzzi spa bath.

Pictures can be deceiving. We got a pocket room. Meaning tiny room with bed built into the full wall to wall window end, wet room shower. Extras weren’t great. Restaurant wasn’t great. Neighborhood was loud and sketchy at times. Would have preferred a nicer place. Left it late and ended up here. On the upside, staff were nice and accommodated an early checkin.
