We have rooms in all sizes and for all budgets. We made it very clear to you that we can not just offer a free upgrade but instead offered you a very special price for one of our premium Lot rooms at only 60 extra per night. You appreciated our offer and thanked all the staff for looking after you. Our breakfast offers a huge variety of dishes and we offered you a reduced price of only 14.50 instead of paying the full walk in price of 16.95. For this price you have a continental breakfast buffet and can pick any of our amazing, freshly cooked dishes form our kitchen. Our team kept checking in on you to ensure you are having an enjoyable stay and enjoying your upgraded Loft room with your private terrace on the top floor. Please rest assured that we always strive for excellent customer service. Our team is always on hand should there be any issues flagged up during the stay.
