Queen bed in a tiny room with a super tiny bathroom but workable. Hotel is 13 minutes walk to Waterloo train station and easy walk to Imperial War Museum, south bank of Thames, Big Eye, Aquarium, Westminster Abbey, Big Ben and more.

The property was clean and in a great location. About a 10 minute walk to big Ben, London Eye etc. A whole street of restaurants and a few grocery stores just a few minutes away. What I did not like is how tiny the room was. Definitely not big enough for 2 people. You literally had to move your luggage around everytime you needed to leave the room. 1 double bed pushed up against the wall on 1 side with less than a foot of space on the other. And wall to wall from head to foot. No facecloth or hand towels. I requested a few hand towels and they sent me the bath mats you stand on when you get out of the shower. These rooma are made for single person occupancy.

Single room with Window, basic but clean & comfortable. Excellent staff service on reception. Only drawback, very cramped in tiny room and shower was a bit feeble but adequate.

The rooms on the 6th floor have ineffective air conditioning and essentially it’s like trying to sleep in an oven. I didn’t get much sleep as a result and feel dehydrated and baked. Got someone up to look at the air con and they gave me a fan- which merely circulated the hot air. These rooms are not fit for purpose.

The location was extremely convenient, with a tube station just across the street. The staff were kind and informative. The neighborhood didn’t feel super safe but the hotel has tight security—a small entryway with keycard access. Once in the tiny lobby, there is another keycard access point to reach the elevator. The tortured floor plan serves as another security element, as finding my room wasn’t very intuitive. The single room I had was so small that I could barely move around—not recommended for more than one human at a time. The bed was medium and the pillows were flat. Towels were clean. Housekeeping is only offered every three days unless by request. The showerhead pressure was weak and it took me twice as long to wash and condition my hair as it did in any of the ten other location I visited in the British isles on this trip. No breakfast available because of the microscopic property size. Overall, a no-frills experience at a no-frills price.

The room was pretty dirty and had a hole in the wall. Surfaces looked like they hadn’t been cleaned, we found a stain on our sheets, the pillows were totally flat, and the lighting was very dim. The room was very small, which isn’t a huge deal because we weren’t planning to spend a ton of time there anyway. The area felt dodgy. During check in they told us “Let us know if you need anything, we don’t clean every day.” There’s no “do not disturb” sign so I’m guessing they only clean after you leave (if at all). You can also hear everything through the walls so I couldn’t sleep due to people walking in the hallways and police sirens driving by frequently. I would not stay here again.

The toilet was a little finicky and the air conditioning didn’t blow very cool air. But the unit and property was clean even though it was minimalist. The location was excellent as it was close to everything we wanted to see and lots of bars and restaurants. Would definitely stay again but probably in a larger room

We checked in and had problems with the AC, we went to the front desk and they gave us a fan and never fixed the AC, so it was terribly hot. I would not recommend this property, spend your money elsewhere!
