Very tiny standard room acceptable for 1 but Not 2. Hotel is on a noisy intersection. Request a quiet room. Good breakfast buffet. Good small plates at the bar

It was great to be so close to Euston Station and Warren Street tube station. It wasn’t great that we were moved from the hotel we had booked with 3 days notice, no consideration or consultation and with no compensation for the inconvenience.

Outstanding staff & service.
We were switched to the Edwardian Bloomsbury hotel as the Kenilwoth was still closed in early Feb but they are virtually across the road from each other so no inconvenience. The Bloomsbury was a great hotel with outstanding staff & service. We arrived at 7am from an international flight and the staff were extremely accommodating in providing access to our room immediately. We were a little concerned about the size of the initial room and they quickly arranged a larger one for us, which was spacious and very comfortable for our 5 night stay. We couldn’t speak more highly of all the staff we encountered. We were offered a much needed coffee upon our early arrival even though the breakfast restaurant was not due to open for another half hour. The breakfast room & bar are bright & welcoming and the breakfast options varied and of very high quality. Hotel is a 6-7 minute walk to Seven Dials, only a few minutes form the British Museum and the nearby bus stop makes it perfect for getting anywhere. A 10/10 experience!
