Live the dream of living in Central London at one of our fantastic apartments close to the River Thames, in the beautiful City Of Westminster area, in a modern, comfortable and tastefully furnished place for you to call: home!

The apartments are located close to the River Thames. Pimlico is a brilliant place to live for its central location but, it is always nice to have a quiet space to retreat to, which is why these apartments offer a peaceful, comfortable place to live away from the busy streets of central London!

The Apartments are modern, spacious and offer plenty of room to relax and move about at home. All apartments are tastefully furnished with a fully equipped modern kitchen (oven, microwave, refrigerator etc.) a dining area next to the lounge, a washing machine, a smart TV in the living room and fully installed Wi-Fi.

Each apartment contains a large bedroom with a double bed and additional space for sleeping in the lounge. All bed linen is 100% cotton and duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic. The bathroom is equipped with a bath/shower and toilet. The bathroom is also stocked with bathroom products such as shampoo, shower gel and toilet roll.

The place was so clean it felt like I was the first person to ever stay there. It made the whole experience so much more relaxing!

Unexpected

Very little water pressure in bathroom (plenty of water pressure in the kitchen), especially for bathtub. Water nozzle from bathroom sink was spraying everywhere. Cobwebs and dirt on back porch. Windows all dirty. Cockroaches were found. We received inaccurate directions for location which ended up being a location much further away from Victoria Station than what was first indicated. Only a third of a small bottle of shampoo was available so we had to buy our own. The building itself was a run down old multiplex - very unkept! TV had been unplugged from the back - don't know why. We will be sure to do more research next time as this place ruined our London Marathon trip.

Great stay with a few speed bumps

Overall, we were pleased with the stay, but we had a few problems at the property. I want to state that the location was fantastic, and we walked to Regents Park and Buckingham Palace and Tower Bridge as well as many other locations from the flat. Easy access to everything! The Pimlico Station is a 7-minute walk and again super easy to get to everything from there. Sainsbury's is .5 miles and easy to reach on foot. The listing does indicate that there are two twin beds and that they are air mattresses, so you can purchase a bed to be delivered for your stay. I highly recommend it although it's not an actual mattress, it's a folding cushion. I still highly recommend it though as it was comfortable. The washer wasn't working for the duration of our 18 days, but Ralph was accommodating and offered to pay for Laundry Heap for us with reimbursement. We used it and are currently waiting on reimbursement 2 weeks after we left. There was the typical street noise from the trash trucks loading rubbish at 7 am each week as the bins are just outside the flat it seems. The lockbox outside the door allowed us to keep the keys there with no chance of misplacing them which was grand. Pimlico is a great area and very friendly with ease of access everywhere. There is even a weekly car boot sale in the school parking lot with entry for a quid!Oh and the gardens across from the school on the way to Pimlico station is open to the public so make sure to enjoy it and have a leisurely rest there!
