The room was great, we ate at the pub downstairs and enjoyed the food. My only complaint is that they are not open until later in the day to drop off luggage. Most other places offered this service to help travelers explore the city without having to carry all of their luggage. We did find a place down the street to store our things, for a fee, in a rough looking neighborhood. But otherwise, the stay was great.

Hotel was lovely, fab location, clean and tidy. Stayed one night. A little noisy but it’s above a pub. So was expecting it to be. Friendly staff.

Loud - room located over a bar
Rooms on 2nd floor are directly over a bar that played music until about 11:30. Up to that point, it was very loud and hard to sleep. Noise started again around 8am, but not as loud. Rooms themselves were nice, recently remodeled. Room was clean and everything worked. Note that this really is less of a hotel than it is a bar with rooms. To check-in you stand in line at the bar, there is no desk. Also, they can't store luggage and wouldn't check me in early. I had to pay ~$30 to store bags from 1-3pm when I arrived and again from 11am-5pm the next day.

Need better friendlier staff. The older blond lady who we checked us in was quite dismissive and rude. Perhaps get staff who are better with hotel operations 😏 expensive place to be treated that way, wouldnt stay again.

Cute and convenient
We stayed in room 12 which overlooks a cute set of backyards. It’s on the third floor up some really winding steps - good fun. Quiet all the time even though it’s on a busy corner next to the train station. You could hear a slight rumble from trains but it never bothered us. The room is cute, small but very comfortable. It had a fridge. The shower doesn’t have great pressure but it worked. Comfy bed.

The location is great. As a hotel next to a train station, it is very inconvenient that there is no way to leave bags at reception before or after one's stay.

Fantastic and convenient gem
amazing decor and so comfortable, right on top of a lovely pub - loved this place!!! super convenient too - would stay again in a heartbeat. Only small thing to point out, you may need to be on an upper floor if you're a light sleeper on account of the trains so close to Paddington - otherwise, fantastic stay.

It was my 1st time ever staying in a hostel. Very convenient for traveling in and out of Paddington. Noisy day and night (there are road works currently right outside the window), but I see it as adding to the ambiance. Close enough to walk to Hydepark. Overall a pleasant stay.

Great Location and Breakfast, Rest Okay
The room and bathroom was okay, nothing too impressive or amazing, but okay overall. The location was; however, fantastic for walking, train, or bus. I'd recommend it largely based on this. The only negative with location was that the road noise/pub below was a little loud when trying to sleep, but was not prohibitive. I'd have the say the best part was the breakfast included, which they were able to make a vegetarian option. Overall I'd recommend it if you're not too fussed about amazing beds or showers (I do want to note it was clean), but are in London to see the sights, and get a delicious English Breakfast to start off your day!

Good location, bad nights rest.
Location was perfect. Room was small and noisy. The beds were too low for bunks and really thin. There was a huge locker taking up one wall but suitcases could not fit in it and locks couldn't go through the holes so it was basically useless. Street was really noisy. Worst was the walls were so I thin the entire room buzzed when the hand dryer was used.

Definately The Pride of Paddington.
Wonderful, friendly & helpful staff from the check-in to overall service. The accomodation was comfortable with clean showers, bed linen, towels and rooms. I will definately do a return stay.

up for a reunion
when booking in i was told all the sad things that could happen to me that night, by a lady i am sure was a warden at Mandelas prison on the island off Cape Town. To be fair they could have happened, but i was lucky i had 5 very considerate room mates. Next morning after a half decent nights sleep a really big full english that was a lot better than i expected. ( the warden was working yet again) she never stops. Warden then helped the girl doing my check out. All staff I met so helpful. Wash room and toilets spot on.

Stayed mainly during weekdays and had the room for myself most of the time. Super legit price that includes breakfast. It's near to many shopping areas and tourist attractions. Downside would be it's kinda noisy at times since it's right next to main road and train tracks. But overall a very good deal. Definitely gonna stay there again

Stay for the breakfast!
It was basic accomodation which was ok because of the low price paid. The bed was comfy and the shower/toilet area clean, although the shower holder was broken it was useable. What really made the stay was the friendly, helpful staff, especially Lara, and a great atmosphere. As the breakfast was included in the price i was surprised at the quality and the amount, totally filling and great value! The area is central and if you forget a phone charger or locker padlock, as I did, there is a shop just across the road.

Like a prison!!!!
Delayed flight, wanted to cancel but I had to pay for two nights even that was plenty of rooms were there, mostly empty. I was shocked when I opend a door. The old lady was there who is in reception she was anygry on me, I didn't sleep there I just booked other hotel nearby, 6 beds domitory looked like a jail. I called them around 10:55am in the morning, I haven't slept there, I gonna give the key back. She was angry on me and I said sorry again and again. Pay one pound more and stay in the other like YHA oxford or Paddington. It was terrible.

Great experience!
This is the first time for me to stay at a hostel and it was great! I recommend the 4-bed ensuite for female solo travellers. The room is quite big. I have given a low score for cleanliness because the bathroom was very wet/flooded. Girls do take longer showers so that was unpleasant. The full English breakfast was not bad. The staff were attentive. The best thing of course is the location. It's literally a two-minute walk from Paddington Station.

パディントン駅すぐでアクセスが非常に良く、1階のパブも盛り上がっていました。 エレベーターはないのでスーツケース運ぶのは少し困難かもしれませんが、スタッフが快く手伝ってくれます。 お部屋はとても清潔で可愛らしく、快適に過ごせました。 ぜひお勧めします！

Nos ofrecieron disculpas porque habría unos arreglos en nuestro piso, de manera que nos ofrecieron otra "habitación". En realidad se trataba de un departamento. Fue una muy grata sorpresa. Solo tiene el problema de que no hay elevador, y hay que subir y bajar escaleras hasta una altura considerable con maletas en mano. Fuera de eso fue una experiencia formidable: el departamento tiene mucha luz natural y pues hay muchas ventanas. Tiene mobiliario y una distribución óptima y muy hogareña. Nos encantó el detalle de las flores naturales en la sala. Tuvimos una cocina integral con refrigerador, congelador, lavatrastes, lavadora, horno de microondas, secadora y todos los utensilios necesarios. Comedor completo, sala de TV con dos sillones, uno de los cuales se volvía cama. Dos recámaras, una con dos camas individuales y otra con una cama matrimonial, y dos baños completos.Fue una experiencia increíble.
