"The owner never responded to us with check in information. I finally got ahold of VRBO support and they were unable to contact the owner either and cancelled our reservation while I was at the airport leaving for our flight. VRBO support gave us options that were over twice the price. We had to stay at a hotel that was very expensive and we lost the use of a kitchen which meant we had to eat out. "

"This was a wonderful home to base our stay in London. Plenty of room for the 8 of us (2 families both with kids). And all the amenities we might need. Grocery and eating locations nearby were convenient. Communication with the owner was clear and so helpful. And more than anything being near the Pimlico Underground station was a so convenient for our daily outings around London. Would definitely stay here again!"
