Nice clean spacious room. Friendly staff. Great location with easy access to trams and busses and city attractions. Lots of restaurants around. Needed to visit relative at QMC so very convenient on the tram. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Room great. Only negative is kettle set up Reception staff friendly and efficient. Breakfast was good, nice selection, although staff seemed a little uninterested. Cooked breakfast could have warmer and beans a little less dried out... Overall though would recommend, nice easy walk to Arena and shops.

A good stay

Only an overnight stay but well located, comfortable with good facilities. The breakfast was also good and I found the "linear buffet" arrangement a very good alternative to the breakfast shuffle ballet that you get in many other places.

Good location for theatres

Good location for easy walk to ciry centre theatres and restaurants. Not many onsite parking places but plenty of other carparks mear by. Clean and tidy room. Good choice fpr breakfast

Perfect location

Perfect location, everything in walking distance from the hotel. Clean and big room, but the room temperature was to hot (air-con broken) needed to have a fan in the room for all my stay. Tiered hotel needs to be refurbished.

Overall a good experience

Overall a good experience. Hotel in the centre of the town, near to theatre and shops. Enjoyed breakfast, all staff pleasant and helpful. Bedroom good although bed was a little uncomfortable.
