We enjoyed our stay at Saddlwest. The price was right for a last minute stay. The room was clean and check in was easy. My only gripe about the stay was Blackjack 21 isnt on the machines. Staff was very friendly.

This is an old property. Rooms n area were clean. The linens were thin, including the blanket. I know it’s central Nevada, but it is cold at night. The heating system was loud like a train was coming through your room. Price point was great. Not sure I would stay again.

On the plus side the room was clean, parking was convenient and close to room. Plus we felt safe with functional door and window locks. On the minus side the room was very dark due to a lack of lighting, extremely dated, and I swear I've found better furniture on the side of the road. Checking in took a long time even though there was no line and the friendly clerk helped us right away. I reserved the room myself but the clerk needed to see my partner's ID and even took a picture of her driver license which seemed over invasive and an invasion of privacy.

Clean but very basic room (no mini fridge, no microwave). Cigarette smoke in the lobby casino area....horrible. But No Smoke smell in the room.....only during check in and going to the bar for morning coffee. Restaurant was little or no smoke smell and great food for the prices!!!

The desk mgr. went out of her way to help me as I use a walker and room assigned me had steps --- she changed and even walked me to the room to give keys so I didn't hve to go back down to desk!!!! She's a gem

Great people work there. Very clean place. Not far from anything. We had a small issue and they fixed it quickly. The bartenders are so nice and funny. The front desk workers are very helpful.
