"Started with an easy and friendly check in with Ben. He gave me good advice of local places and how to get to the Lowry with the shortcut. Hotel room was clean, neat and clearly quite new. I slept very well. Perfect firmness of the mattress. Check was easy. Very convenient location with lots of food places nearby and good transport links. "

"The location is great for what we came to Manchester for. The staff are lovely and very helpful. The room was basic but clean and comfortable. The bathroom was a little compact for people larger than a size 10, but it was fine for a night away. "

"We stayed here because it is a 2 min walk to the Lowry. The metro brought us straight to the hotel from Manchester Picadilly, just 1 min walk. The reception and bar staff were very friendly. The breakfast was good value for the cost and the breakfast staff were exceptional. The bedroom was extremely clean and tidy and the beds were comfy. "
