"This hotel is amazing, it's a little dated and I recommend getting room cleaning service because of the floors however, omg the Natural springs, massage chairs, ice cream, yogurt shots (for digestion not drinks), coffee, tea, water, ramen and friendly/accommodating staff make this stay soooon worth it! "

"Hotel was Amazing , clean no bedbugs and really close to the station as a central location in Kyoto it was brilliant. Hotel staff were friendly the included breakfast at the Buffet was extremely enjoyable lots of choice. Really enjoyed my stay . My only bug bear was i ate Dinner one time in the restaurant and for what i got i could have got the same thing and quality cheaper at Kyoto station porta Dining. Still the food was nice."

"Such a nice and convenient location. Only five minutes walk from the Kyoto station. Easily accessible for bus services. Staff is super friendly. I loved their amenity bar. They also offer ice creams, and drinks for snack. Also, got my kids involved in some kid activities that they had inside the hotel. All in all great property I would definitely go there again. Highly recommend recommended. "
