"My second time here, very comfortable for family vacation with VIP access to all restaurants. Got a bit of weed on the beach around Tulum resort. Staff is friendly, good live music and tequila, coffee machines. Clean and maintained properly, nice pools. Management did a good job."

"The resort itself is stunning, from the multitude of amenities and attractions to the packed days of entertainment, genuinely zero complaints about my experience here. Not only is the resort itself amazing but the staff here have been exceptional, Nelson and Louis greeted us day 1 with welcome drinks and were there the moment we said goodbye. Made sure every excusion we went on and every taxi we entered was safe as well as got back safe. Rooms were cleaned daily in a very timely manner and everything in the room worked perfectly. We were always stocked with water and our room stayed very cool. Would recommend this resort 100 times over!! "

"This was the 3rd time that we have stayed at this property and we absolutely LOVE IT!!! A HUGE SHOUTOUT to the Customer Service received prior to our arrival. We traveled with friends, and wanted to have rooms next to each other and located in a specific area of the resort and although they could not guarantee that our rooms would be in that specific location, we got what we wanted!!! Amazing staff throughout the entire resort and will definitely be back for the 4th time!! Thank you for an AMAZING week!!!"

"We had a wonderful time and could see how hard everyone works to make the stay enjoyable. Breakfast buffet was fantastic and water was great. My only comment would be for the hotel offer free shuttle to and from the airport as it can be very expensive. The resort is already all inclusive so that should be included as well given how much it costs to travel. "
