"Swim out pools not very clean and not cleaned often, was not worth the upgrade. Mosquitos were horrible , definitely pack repellent. Restaurants are closed often not leaving many options. This was the first resort that made us pay for hibachi."

"Espectacular lugar, “instagrameable” en cada rincón. Muy cómodo y con una ubicación envidiable. Lo único negativo fue el exceso de sargasso que aunque es un fenómeno natural y no es culpa del hotel, si podrían limpiar un poco, como lo hace el hotel vecino. El personal muy amable pero la comida definitivamente ..."

"Stunning hotel, beautiful location. Car is essential otherwise hugely overpriced taxis are your only option. I do think a hotel of this calibre and price point really should include breakfast (this is the only luxury hotel I have stayed at that did not include breakfast). Would definitely return"
