"It was a great place to stay at, I stayed there for 10 days and felt at home. It was calm, the staff was super nice and great service. The restaurant is good and breakfast as enough options for a stay. Overall would def recommend All my friends that came to see me there loved it and ended up booking a room there too. "This hotel was a beautiful, quiet oasis. The staff was wonderful, our bed was super comfortable and it felt more like a private condo than a hotel. If the big, all-inclusive hotels are too touristy for you, this could be a great choice. We felt very safe here, the hotel is on a private road with a guard shack so limited traffic and easy to walk along daily. There's a beautiful cenote just a few minutes walk away. Keep in mind, being outside the main hotel zone food options are limited to a few hotels unless you have a car to drive into town or to the hotel zone - so we recommend renting a car or scooter. We would also highly recommend finding the Mexican cooking from scratch class in a private Tulum home - it was a great experience."

"Secrets Tulum is now my favourite all inclusive. The service was top notch the rooms and pools were beautiful and well kept. Every room had a view of a pool area. Food was the best all inclusive food I’ve ever had. I love that they offer transit to the beach area (because if you go to Tulum, you have to experience the boho beach vibe.) My only wish is that they had the transit go later in the evening. "
