Great hotel, excellent service, bad property management and upkeep. From 11am to 6pm they worked on adding a structure for one small rental room. So the drilling and hammering and sawing noise just reverberated throughout the first four units. And if you were outside on your deck the noise bothered the first 8 units. Then the roof pool didn’t always work properly, light out, jets out, not full of water, paint peeling off, cloudy water, roof deck doesn’t allow water to run off, just puddles for you to slip on. Don’t get me wrong, the place is nice, and the service was excellent. But there’s only so much they can do when management directs them to put guests next to their construction zone. They should of just closed for a week or two, build out that extra room, and then tackle all the deferred maintenance issues the place had. Then they’d probably get higher ratings everywhere. Currently, they’re advertising for reviews like this. Also, great kitchen and cocktails! :-)
