One important note for future guests: the hotel is located in the countryside, so it’s a good 30–45 minutes by car to the coastal Algarve towns and beaches. A rental car is definitely recommended if you plan to explore beyond the resort. Breakfast is excellent and the staff at the hotel are friendly and attentive. The concierge Ines was so helpful if arranging boat excursions, dinner reservations and car rentals.
