The host failed to put on the listing that the hot tub wasn't working due to maintenance issues. The host's excuse was the hot tub was not listed as an available amenity but the listing still had the pics of the hot tub on it. "

Hilton Vacation Club Mystic Dunes Orlando

Hilton Vacation Club Mystic Dunes Orlando

10/10 Excellent
"The staff were fantastic. Always friendly and very helpful. Bouchra was exceptional and went out of her way to help us. The room we had was huge, very clean and we loved it. The balcony was used every night to enjoy a glass of wine and take in the view. Pool was great and the gym was used a lot by me. It could do with a few lighter free weights though. The text service was fantastic. Any requests were dealt with within minutes. We will definitely return. The only thing missing was a hot tub though!!"
