"The room was very dirty, i had to wipe everything down and found really gross spots on the bathroom counters. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom and on the sheets. Decorative pillows with questionable stains and a mattress cover with more qusstionable blood and urine stains. The staff was as helpful as they could be but room service took 3 attempts to get through and the automated house keeping line sent the housekeeper the wrong request (i needed to replace the sheets due to the stains). Once connected the room service staff was helpful and speedy. The food was good. I was ignored at the bar for 15 min getting dinner at the very dead mexican restaurant downstairs. The food was fine. However because of the cleanliness and overall sketchiness of the property if I werent here for a work trip I probably would have left."

"Upon checking in staff was really rude to my wife because “she didn’t book the room you have no reservations” me being confused asked I don’t have any reservations?? He goes “not under her name.” Mind you I’m also standing there with MY ID. Finally takes it and finds our room reservations. Then got mad when my WIFE signed for the cc hold??? I’ve never had an issue like this anywhere. Very very odd"

"I also gave this place a Google review under the name David Napoleon. It was a 3 star experiment for me. This was my second time in Vegas, the first time I stayed at circa and that was a 5 star experience. So comparing it to circa this place was 3-4 stars at best but a 3.5 for me. Their pool situation sucks, it closes at 6pm. The parking situation wasn't the best in my opinion for guests that are staying there. The place has potential to be a 5 star experience but it’s currently not."
