"The hotel is beautiful with easy access to the tube and trains. The rooms are very small for the price. While refreshments in the room are included in the cost of the room and replenished daily, they provide you with two bottles of water and 2 cans of soda per day. At a cost of over $450.00 US per night, it seems relatively stingy. Additionally, often times there was no doorman to assist when entering or leaving. Overall the cost far outweighed the experience."

"Check in at Thistle Trafalgar Square was quick and easy, they were pleasant and held our bags until the room was ready. The surrounding area and location were amazing with access to public transit and several areas were walkable. Unfortunately, upon arriving back at the hotel and checking into our room there was an issue which the hotel staff was quick to remedy. Rose at the front desk was amazing and very helpful. She quickly got us into another room at the sister hotel up the street as...
