The service in at the Titanic Hotel was outstanding. The staff were amazing, the level was set by the welcoming receptionist, she was so pleasant and friendly, smiling at all times, just superb. I received a free upgrade and the room was huge clean and amazing. I loved how when walking to my room the corridors were wide and there was a sound like you are by the sea. Each touch point was accounted for. Unfortunately I could not use the Spa due to time, but will do next time. Thank you for a lovely stay.

Fantastic location and very friendly staff. Room was spotless and beautiful view. Tons of restaurants nearby. 2 Hop and go bus stops within 2 min Very close to a lot of major attractions.

Amazing location. Incredible staff. I've stayed there before and even with 2 elevators, things can be slow given the number of guests and staff that use it. Now there is just 1 elevator so expect long delays or enjoy using the stairs for exercise. Otherwise I look forward to staying there again when I visit in August

We absolutely loved our stay. It was out of the business of Edinburgh and very unique to stay in the country side of Edinburgh. Very clean, extremely friendly staff, great breakfasts, tasty dinner at The Hearth, and easy to get in and out of from Edinburgh and neighboring areas like Dunbar and St. Andrews. We also enjoyed to pathway to the Mary Queen of Scots monument and beautiful grounds. We struggled with hot water, but everything else made up for it! Thank you for such a great and memorable stay.

Had a lovely balcony room overlooking Grassmarket square with views of the castle. Hotel was clean and staff was helpful and kind, We arrived early and were able to get our rooms early. Rooms were very nice. Being next to grassmarket was a little louder than expected but manageable. Restaurant food was delicious and service was great.
