"Roaches, lights didn’t work, big deposit I was unaware. Good points air was great water temp/pressure great, they accepted being a few minutes late as we were unaware of the 10 am checkout….?? Which is another bummer! The lace is really really old….. and repaired a lot…. You can tell ever place it’s been repaired….. "

"We stayed at this property on April 26-28, Very clean, staff was very helpful and courtesy, loved the convenience with the restaurant's and ice cream shop on the premises, really no reason to leave once you get to the Hotel. I took my grandkids, and they had an amazing time. I really would recommend this place if you have kids. We enjoyed the water park, we liked that the park had an area for the younger kids and bigger kids as well. We enjoyed playing mini golf, and also, enjoyed the pool area...

"Staff were absolutely amazing. Very professional and accommodating. Hotel is a little dated but very clean and welcoming. Ice cold ac, clean bedding, smells great when you walk in. For the price it’s actually exceeded my expectation! I will definitely be coming through again."

"The hotel is big and clean. The location was great and my daughter and I felt very safe on our own. My only complaint was with other guests that kept using the staircase exit by our room and slamming the door every time. But other than that It was a great stay. I’d return."

"The hotel itself and pool/lazy river and hot tub were nice, got a little loud and busy a couple of nights, but overall was nice. The only thing i really didn't care for was easy access to get in and out of, location was very high traffic. Always had to drive up a block or 2 to make a u-turn to get into hotel parking lot."

"Didn't appreciate being scammed. After checking in I was told to get my welcome pkg. Went to the desk next to front desk where lady asked for my driver's license, keyed information off of my license which took forever and then said at 9 am, 11 am, and 1 pm there's a place for us to go and have snacks and see a timeshare presentation. I want my info out of your system. That was called bait and switch and is against the law "

"This is a nice hotel. I didn’t get to see much of the amenities because I was never there. The reason I marked it down a little was just the stupid resort fees they charge. Just set the price and get rid of the resort fee."
