"The girl on reception when we arrived was friendly and very helpful. She pointed out the hotels Hillsborough memorial on the wall which is very moving.Our room was huge and very comfortable. The hotel is a short walk to the City centre shops and there are many great pubs and restaurants close by. Breakfast was excellent. "

"Good hotel with friendly staff but our room was on the corner of the Main Street and a street with lots of bars that played loud music until 3/4am in the morning so it put a dampener on our experience "

"Both check in and check out we’re quick and the staff were friendly and helpful. We stayed in room 219 the laminate flooring was un even and had holes. The bathroom had down lights hanging from the ceiling The jets in the bath led to the bath being dirty when used. There was small open door next to the bathroom that led to a room that wasn’t used or meant to be seen. The aircon was left on all evening and didn’t change the room at all. "
