We would especially like to recognize our two concierges, Rafael and Estefania, who were among the most welcoming and gracious hosts we have encountered. They were attentive, genuinely thoughtful, and wonderfully personable. The food was amazing ( Our favourite restaurant experience at the resort was Galerie de la Sens!) But every restaurant was great. "

"Iberostar is very nice, but the only thing is that they charged you a fee and say that is an environmental charge which it doesn't say anything on the booking. I ASKED FOR A RECEIPT BUT THEY GAVE ME A RECEIPT FOR A SEAT I asked where it says about environment they could not proveded me any info. Thats why I gave a 3 star because of that scam fee"
