"This is a very smart hotel which is kept clean and tidy. It has a very nice bar, a restaurant and leisure club. I only used the bar but did eat there - the menu is very limited but fine for a bar. There is plenty of free parking and breakfast is available - I felt £14 was on the high side for what was an average breakfast. "Hotel is clean but starting to feel a little tired, although not a reason not to stay. The amenities in the room were great with safe, hair dryer, iron and ironing board, trouser press, and shower gel, shampoo and conditioner. The bed was comfortable but pillows weren't great. There is plenty of space in the car park but the barriers are closed at 11pm meaning it cannot be accessed from both sides and it was not clear how to get in after this time. It would have been useful to know this before...
