"The owner was super nice and accommodating, friendly and very kind. Great condition for a 250 year old house! Buslines super close by to get into downtown but the walk not bad either. And hot water!!! The area wasn't pristine but it's a city. "

"We were a party of 6, check in was easy, lovely friendly staff, rooms were clean, beds comfy, showers always had plenty of hot water and were powerful, would definitely use again when visiting Dublin "
"The hotel was in a great location and very walkable to everything. The breakfast was my favorite meals during our 3 days in Dublin. The staff was very kind and helpful during our stay. "
"The house has been renovated beautifully. I really appreciated being able to park our rental car, no fuss. The self-serve coffee machine is fabulous. One thing that was lacking for me was a bit of protein for breakfast. I like a full breakfast. "
"My 4 nights stay was good overall. The accommodation is neat and the location is at easy access to almost anywhere you want to visit in Dublin. I also like that it’s about 23 minutes away by bus to the airport.
There are clean mirrors ( I mean, I like mirrors😁) in the room and bathroom. There’s a lift for easy accessibility and also a gym on-site to exercise during your stay.
It’s a nice place to stay if you are not looking to cook your own meals, but eat out. Also, there is microwave and fridge in the communal lounge to heat up and preserve your meals."
"Do not stay here. This had to be the worst place we have ever stayed! Even compared to European small room standards! The pictures the hotel provides are misleading. Everything is old! The beds and pillows are hard. There is carpet on the floor in the bedroom which made us question the overall cleanliness of the room. There is poor ventilation in the rooms as well. Definitely not worth the prices they are charging. This felt more like a hostel than a bed and breakfast. It was so uncomfortable that we left earlier than planned and found a beautiful newer hotel in Dublin's shopping district with a king bed for less than what Egan's charged for their run down facility.
