"Beautiful but small balcony room with a great view. Had everything we needed including a big bath tub. Breakfast buffet was phenomenal. Great downtown location. Parking on the street wasn't hard after we downloaded the app. Hotel staff could have been a little more helpful with this. One female staff was quite dismissive when I asked for help but others were very helpful. Loved the cat in the lobby."

"This was a very clean hostel. They had a kitchen you could use and there was a bar and restaurant. Very convenient to the central area of the city. This was our first hostel, so I was concerned about bath facilities however there were sufficient that we never had to wait. I would stay there again."

"Phone key did not work for the entrance the entire time of our stay. Had to walk to go get a physical key - fine for me, but hard for elderly parents. No option to deliver the key was provided, which is an inconvenience for $700+ per night hotel room. Otherwise, the hotel room itself was great - remember that there is no elevator."
