"All the ammenities were great. Modern hotel with everything you could want. Staff were very welcoming, accommodating to every need and as usual in Japanese culture, polite and well organised. Lovely staff who were always willing to go the extra mile. Convenience store right next door and subway entrance on the other side of hotel entry. You wouldn’t know the subway is directly underneath you. So quiet. If you didn’t wish to include buffet breakfast which was huge selection, no charge to the unlimited coffees or tea. We enjoyed having dinner and cocktails in hotel restaurant, very affordable after a day of sightseeing. Would definitely use this hotel again when staying in Osaka."

"Beautiful hotel with lots of food options nearby. 7/11 across the street, udon, katsu, sushi are all within walking distance. Dotonburi area is a 15 min walk. Rooms are spacious and modern. Free coffee, juice, teas was always available on the lobby. Train station close by too. Only downfall was there was no airport transportation except for taxis. Expensive ride Itami airport. I’d definitely stay here again."

"From courteous staff to delicious breakfast, the location was a perfect stay for my girlfriend and I! Plus, it is connected to the Osaka/umeda stations - which made transportation easy! In addition, it is about 20 minutes to Dotonbori (location with great food, street vendors, glico man sign). I highly recommend this location if it’s your first time in Osaka, Japan like us!
