"This is the loveliest hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Period. It embraces old world England yet offers all the modern amenities. It feels, tastes and embraces all things British which I loved. Yes, it’s very expensive but, in this case, I felt it was worth it. "
"Brilliant hotel. The pictures don’t do it justice - it is a brilliant hotel with excellent service right in the heart of London. It really is what a Four Seasons Hotel should be. "

"I had a truly wonderful and gratifying time throughout my entire 10-night stay at the premier Hotel Z Victoria!
I was fully pleased and satisfied with the room and quality of the service provided by their great housekeeping staff! I felt so very gratified and deeply appreciated the truly unmatched genuinely kind and courteous, prompt but highly efficient top quality service provided by the Front Desk Team starting with their wonderful Manager Adriana Zawada all the way down to each of the Front Desk Team members that assisted me!"
"We had a lovely stay here. The sole working lift did stop working which was clearly causing issues. Unfortunately with old buildings like this one it is ‘just one of those things’. Once both lifts are fully operational there will, hopefully, be less of a problem if one stops working. It didn’t put us off staying again (and we were on the 6th floor!) Our room was lovely and the included minibar a welcome extra at the end of long days on our feet exploring London!"
