2-Night stay Min (with VRBO fees = $950 for 8 guests) for Super Bowl LVIII from Feb 10th- 13th 2024; a 3rd night Monday is available; The Grandview "condohotel" is 6.8 miles (11 minutes) from the Allegiant Stadium and Las Vegas Strip; adjacent to South Point Casino with free self parking.
2-Bedroom suite Sleeps: 08 Maximum Occupancy: / 08 Private. Spa bath in each bathroom and a sofa bed in the living room. Full Kitchen, multiple cable TVs and an in-unit washer/dryer.

Free access to fitness center and the outdoor hot tub. The game room has video arcade games and a billiards table. Free WiFi in the resort common areas; Note: signal might not be available in the suite. Housekeeping is not available.

PLEASE NOTE: Upon check-in The Grandview Resort charges a Mandatory one-time (Per Unit Stay - not per person or per day) $30 resort and $5 service fee. (Only Credit Cards accepted.) Plus Housekeeping Fee $20.00 U.S. dollars for 2 Bedroom units, per stay. (Only Credit Cards accepted.) TOTAL Fees for 2 BR Unit is $55 USD.
