Host was very responsive and laid out specific instructions on everything, which I thought was super helpful. House was clean and in a nice area. House had 4 spacious bedrooms, 3.5 baths and a garage. Awesome house for natural lighting. Just a short drive to the strip as well as grocery stores and restaurants.

Nice house good location

The kids loved the projector and the house was nicely maintained. It was 15 minutes to the strip and parking on the street wasn’t an issue because our van was too big for the garage and parking on the driveway is not allowed. The house was comfortable and I enjoyed the mattress. The mattress was not too soft or hard.

We mainly used the residence to eat breakfast and sleep. The location was perfect to the parks and strip. Very comfortable. The host was very responsive to our needs.

We had a group of nine including four children. There was plenty of room for everyone. All the appliances worked great. The beds were comfortable, communication with the owner was excellent. There are a couple things we had concerns about that I addressed with the owner and he’s going to correct them. The property was clean except for the condition of the carpet. This indicates it is not a brand new home, However, the owner said he’s going to replace the carpet. If that’s the case we would be happy to stay here again.
